My seat was chosen beforehand and printed on the air ticket, but there was a sudden change without my prior agreement. The passenger next to me was rather rude, so I requested for a change of seat to my original one but this was not met. I had to sit near the emergency exit, which was rather uncomfortable and there was not a proper table. My luggage after transit was late. Overall I had an awful experience and was not satisfied at all. Hope the airline will continue to work and improve on this.
