I would like to share our experience we received both ways on Fiji Airways, Flight Attendants are more than friendly and accommodating. We did however experience a few cancelled and delayed flights, no blame to the front team. One awful event that happened due to our cancelled flight from Nadi home was a flight delay of 9 hours, where the airline placed on in the most horrific hotel property we have ever experienced. I won't go into that as I've already left my thoughts in a trip adviser. I felt their choice of accommodations should have been far far greater than they were. Both my husband and I did not even feel comfortable closing our eyes during the stay. I guess what I've heard and what we've experienced is when flying Fiji Airways, don't plan on scheduled flights to and from your final destination, they do have issues. The team gives you the best help that they can humanly give you with a smile and you must remember, "don't shoot the messenger."
