Due to a documented medical condition( I submitted a letter from my doctor), my family needed to cancel our tickets. I'm seeing a neuro surgeon, to schedule surgery. I can barely walk and I cannot sit, nor stand longer than 15 minutes, without being in excurciating pain. We only got $42 in compensation for our tickets. It was hard enough on us, when we had to tell our children that we would be unable to make our planned trip! We could use the money that we lost for my medical expenses, or at least for a future trip once I'm medically cleared to travel. We have no way of knowing if I will be medically cleared within 90 days. I truly hope that this airline's review board is shown more compassion than they have shown us, should any of them face a similar situation. SHAME ON YOU, FRONTIER!!!! I own a very successful business and this is NO WAY to treat customers!
