Frontier Airlines review by Avinesh 2015-12-15

I checked in at the counter 3 bags paid $160. also made sure I din't had any overhead luggage assured by the Passenger service agent. As I'm getting ready to board at the gate the same staff telling my wife that her wallet is extra personal and that she has to pay. she just lied to her supervisor that she had assured we din't had any extra luggage.. come on when did you start charging for the wallets where we keep our ID and credit cards? When we arrived in the airplane there was room in the overhead and the crew was ok if we put our luggage in the overhead without paying for it. our flight was from Tacoma international airport to DIA on 12/14/15 at 7:25pm.
