Very surprised by the poor quality of service on board. Particulary on flights between Madrid and Dubai ( Was on a trip to Japan) . Dubai Airport terminal 3 is a complete mess and the business lounge under construction. But this does not explain the rudeness of the lounge's staff and the lado of serviré. Very bad experience, perhaps better to call disappointing once, I will not repeat.
