We arrived at Riga departure terminal within normal check in time limits, having checked in on line but needing to bag drop. There was a huge queue of people waiting to check in and only two desks open. As time slipped by and there was no way we would get to the counter on time we began asking AB staff but they we not helpful. In the nick of time we found a second shorter queue muddled into the long one and got our bag checked, then rushed through security in time to catch the flight that was on time. No other complaints other than our surprise that a passenger behind us had a small dog with her in the cabin! Boeing 737 Riga to Paris.
