I use this airline for regular business trips, mostly Bristol to Glasgow. In the past couple of years the service has proved very punctual, staff polite and friendly, planes clean & tidy enough. I think too many folk forget this is a low cost airline = you have to think for yourself and be able to manage your own bookings carefully. If you do this, I find the service is excellent. very convenient daily flight times BRS to GLA for a full business day which means I don't have to overnight in a hotel. Also use them for other routes less frequently and again always happy (currently in BCN on holiday - again fantastic service.)
