Air New Zealand review by Kimberley 2017-01-12

Disgusted. Completely unsuitable airline for parents with small children. We paid extra for The Works, only for Air NZ to neglect to provide my 4 year old a child's meal. Tried to tell me a chilli beef stew for adults would be perfectly suitable. Demanded to see a receipt before even handing over sub standard inappropriate meal. Couldn't care less our daughter was crying and feeling unwell. After traveling on Emirates where our daughter received a colouring book and proper child meal we were bitterly disappointed. Have complained through official channel, and have been completely ignored. Clearly this airline blew its entire customer care budget on a smug safety video full of unintelligible in jokes.
