hi, i have booked a ticket for my wife with infant, i selected an add on option for cool seat(front seat/extra leg room seat) which they charged around INR 759. but during the fly they have not provided the cool seat and my wife traveled in 5th row seat with lot of inconveniences. no proper tracking system, cheating in the name of cool seats.
