Toronto to Kelowna - Air Canada rude customer service, over booked flights, told seat wasn't available for flight booked and paid 3 months in advance without any recourse, flight attendants rude and lacked personality, meal plan purchased and not honoured. Then tried to use my cc to purchase again told sorry we have passed your aisle. One of the worst travel experiences ever!
