Just bad experience... last time I fly with Air Asia! They change my flight, then cancel it and ask to change by internet (impossible of course!). After waiting forever in a Airchat to resolve the problem (not useful) I could have help only calling Indonesia center. I was luckier than others because I didn't lost my money... But I could book my canceled flight ticket only paying "new airport taxes"! I had no choice but to do it. Thank you Air Asia!
