Malaysia Airlines review by Hendrik 2016-08-19

Flew MH from KUL and BKK. Despite the MH website stating that Platinum members (oneworld emerald) will receive priority security clearance, I was denied access to this service. I was told very rudely by MH staff that they will only grant this facility to fare paying business and first class passengers. Having oneworld emerald is meaningless with MH. I would suggest all frequent flyers to boycott MH and ask their base oneworld airline NOT to code share with MH. Malaysia Airlines is the disgrace of oneworld and should be expelled.
