New York to Beijing 777-300, two more flights inside China, then Beijing back to New York. When things go well the service is passable, but if you don't speak Mandarin and your onward flight from Beijing is canceled, it's a nightmare. The staff in Beijing are not helpful and have very limited English proficiency.
