It is just horrible! I had a mistake with my booking for which I called them after 2 minutes... I asked them to change my flight time from Monday morning to Tuesday morning with the same time and price... they told me I have to pay $112 even though I called them after 2 minutes booking was made. This is stealing people's money! EDITORS COMMENT: Unfortunately that is the policy of most airlines and especially of low cost carriers. If you buy a non flexible ticket it doesn't matter when you wanat to make a change it will incur a fee.
