My wife and I couldn't be happier with our flight with KLM. We both found the seats to be very comfortable (I am 6' and my wife is 5' 2") even on a 5+ hour flight. We had to change our flights twice and it was only a $19 fee! The cabin attendants were courteous, efficient and pleasant. The inflight meal was good.
