Aegean = Again, the no-apologies airline! We were family of four, two toddlers at the baggage drop off with our validated check-in boarding cards via the airlines' website and were there advised that we would be split up in different seats because the airline had changed the aircraft type and the row we sat in had no baby oxygen masks. Our problem was solved eventually after we had to go to the gate, etc. BUT the point is that we never received a single word of apologies for a fault that was *entirely* theirs.
