JetBlue Airways review by John 2017-02-05

In the middle of my trip I tried to move my flight up one day on the return from Albany to Orlando. They wanted a $209 change fee! Plenty of seats available but their charge almost equaled the price of the ticket. Poor customer service and they are basically price gouging. Next time I'll fly Southwest which is more customer friendly. JR EDITORS COMMENT: Unless you have a flexible ticket ( which costs a lot more) you woudl find the same charges with all airlines. Our airfares have never been cheaper but with that comes hefty charges if you need to change.
