Air New Zealand review by Barbara 2016-08-15

I always fly Air New Zealand,and have always found them to be the best,but this time,i was dissappointed with The Air hostesses i flew to Rarotonga on the 30th July ,from Invercargill via Christchurch ,Auckland. The flights from chch right through to Rarotonga i found that even though they performed their job requirements they never smiled ,and didnt seem friendly ,almost felt like a nuisance, but nothing i could pinpoint as they performed their jobs. I also paid extra for my seat,but found it really was a waste of money ,not much different to the unpaid seats . I still would use Air NewZealand but the air Hostesses need to be a bit more friendly and at least smile and seem like they like their Job. I must say on my return journey the Hostess from christchurch to Invercargill was lovely with a smile and talked and looked like she enjoyed her job.
