Economy Class

My recent experience with Frontier Airlines First, charge me to carry on a bag (which they never touch), but let my co-worker with the same size bag not be charged. Have some standard, please. Second, that thing you call a tray is no bigger than a small tablet. Thank god I don't need a laptop for travel. Third, these things we sit in (mistakenly called seats) are in fact more like tube steel with a thin fabric so tight you feel like you might tear right through it. Fourth, didn't I already purchase a ticket? That's right, I did. So please don't sell to me for "free miles" with a credit card application when we all know that we will still be paying taxes, fees, and for our luggage. Fifth, where did the complimentary drink and cookie go? These were staples of Midwest, which Frontier took over. Sixth (and the biggest disappointment), the staff acts like they are in a concentration camp, by which I mean no smile, no laughter; they act as though they don't want to be there. I used to fly with no one but Frontier and would rave about how exceptional their service was. Now, after experiencing what it has become firsthand, this will be my last trip with Frontier. EDITORS COMMENT: Welcome to the world of low cost travel - there's always ad on's and extras hence the lower starting fare and nothing is complimentary. Pretty much all US carriers operate as ow cost carriers now a days.
