We flew FRA -> SIN -> CEB. First leg was Singapore, 2nd was Scoot. Both items of luggage got lost in SIN It took them two and four days to make the luggage available at the destination airport, where I had to pick it up myself. Singapore Airways refers me to Scoot to bargain for a compensation which "we decide on a case by case basis after you prove your expenses". Back in Germany I call their hotline (+49 69 7195-200), but it's busy like "all our agents are busy, call again later". We flew economy in an A380, seats were older than that plane exists. On board entertainment was ancient.
