Delta Air Lines review by Nancy 2017-08-01

Delta Airlines does a superlative job on every level. From the moment I make my domestic or transatlantic reservations it is always a positive experience for me. Last week my flight from LAX to JFK on 7/28 the most thoughtful steward, Luis, helped me with my carry on suitcase. He noticed I had a sore throat and offered me a bottle of water, later on he stopped by to ask if I was feeling better. He offered me another bottle of water. He smiled easily and was highly professional. I appreciated his caring manner. The pilots are the best. And, I support Delta in their decisions regarding passenger problems during flight. I just heard the story about the child with head lice travelling from Paris to the US. Delta was totally right when they insisted on checking the child before allowing this family to catch a connecting flight. Great job Delta, thank you for caring about your passengers.
