After read some reviews about Ryanair I was a bit scared to fly with them. However I was greatly surprised. Staff (and passengers) were friendly and helpful. The aircraft was a brand new B737-800. The flight Barcelona - Liverpool arrived on time, no incidences boarding or on board. The only con is the baggage weight and size, but if you're not carrying more weight than the allowed by the company no problems at all.
