Lufthansa review by Egor 2015-02-04

The fight itself was fine. We took a connecting flight from Moscow to Miami via Frankfurt. One of the planes was A380-800 that proved itself to be a very comfortable plane with an excellent service for economy class. But a negative moment was that a company had a strike. I booked a class upgrade for my pregnant wife but it was lost due to rescheduling a flight. The Lufthansa staff on the phone and in the airport refused to upgrade the class again. There were plenty of seats in business class but they didn't do anything. So it's the company that can only deal with standard cases. If anything gets out of their control they do nothing to prove themselves as a responsible carrier.
