British Airways review by Charles 2017-03-16

I used BA for fifty flights in Europe last year and enjoyed my free snacks and drinks. Now, there is nothing free, just cabin crew blocking the aisle when you need to go to the loo as they are too busy taking money. I have found Wizz Air from Luton to do a lot of my flights to Europe now. Just as good but cheaper. BA- you have killed off your brand reputation in less than 6 months. You were a National carrier for the people of the UK. Isn't a 20% operating margin good enough for you. So sad....
