It's terrible service or organization system. We wake up early to make to the airport and then those spirit kiosk doesn't work to check in; so then we have to stay in line to see their agent. By the time we get to our turn then they told us that they need us to move to another line , someone else will assist us later. Long story short, they made us missed our flight then said that they can not do nothing about this unless we have to pay an addition (99$+tax)/ passenger to the next available fight Or lost all the money. They will never have mine or family business again.
