AirAsia X review by Arman 2016-07-01

I bought a ticket from AirAsia X 2 months before my flight. today I was informed that due to Maintenance plan they have to cancel my flight. I will lose the next flight and need to reschedule my Hotel arrangement. They can only change the date for the cancelled flight and I need to buy another ticket. This is very inconvenient and I am not sure if they can ever do things properly. Bad business. Never again with AirAsia and its affiliates.
