Their website is the worst I have used. You can't check in, can't buy tickets, can't book meal. Cell phone app is the same, basically nothing works. If it is not the only airline has straight fight from Guangzhou to NYC, I would never use this company. We had to buy ticket from a different website. When I called their custom service to book vegan meal, they asked me to email a copy of my passport to an email address that did not work to just apply for a meal and I must do it 24 hours before departure. It was the most ridiculous thing that I ever experienced, I used so many airlines, none of them require a copy of passport to get vegan meals, you just checked in and picked the seats and the meals online. Furthermore, since you can't check in online you can't your seats, we tried several computers in the hotel and cell phone, you simply can't check in. We called the custom service to pick seats, the representative told me the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard in my life, you must use the Chinese bank cards to buy seats, they would not accept any credit cards.When we got on the plane and tried to upgrade our seats, their credit card machine did not work.
