I purchased round trip ticket Chicago -(Beijing)- Incheon via Justfly.com. I was supposed to use Air China 984, 123, 124, 985 aircraft. I happened to miss the flight from LA to Beijing (one of the stops) by 5 minutes because its shuttle bus that time didn't come often and it was pretty long distance to get to the Tom Bradley International which I haven't heard of. Since no one worked there anymore (it was almost 1 am) I spent overnight at the airport and waited until anybody from AirChina showed up or customer service available. I was sick that time so being at LAX when it's cold outside was horrible. I could not sleep at once. At almost 9:30 AM when the crews started showing up I went to AirChina front desk and asked for refund or reschedule but they said I need to talk to travel agency. None of them was willing to help me and I ended up buying a new one way direct ticket from LA to Seoul through Asiana. When coming back I was denied to board as they said I didn't use the first portion. CA manager at Incheon Airport kept insisting that I need to buy a new ticket. Nobody was helping me regarding rescheduling or refund for the ticket I already purchased. Horrible experience.
