When I left Australia, I had numerous reviews of the poor quality of customer service and air travel in general in the United States. I flew LAX-SFO, SFO-SEA, SEA-LAS and MCI-LAX on Delta and connot agree at all with my ftiends and relatives. My experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Admittedly, I flew Economy Comfort and 1st Class depending on the distance but the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The airline had my email address and I received flight status updates if changes were made.
