Philippine Airlines review by Thomas 2016-05-18

Philippine Airlines has potential to be come a 5 star airline only if the owners of the airline knows how to listen and read all the comments of passengers review, as i have read majority of the passengers experienced complains about the lack of individual inflight entertainment system in every seat. and i am just wondering how come the management of Pal still ignoring the cry for comfort of its passengers., Just like with my own flying experienced from Manila-Hawaii the Airbus 340 have no personal seat back tv. but yet those poor friendly and nice flight attendants are the ones who are doing the best of it. shame on pal management..
