NEVER BOOK WITH THESE IDIOTS. they changed my flight on me 5 times. This was a business trip and i needed to get there on a certain day and had a connection to Phuket. When, after 2 weeks of hassle i decided to cancel my flight, they informed both me and my travel agency that they would still charge me a ridiculous cancellation fee. All interaction was me contacting them and receiving bullshit information and empty promises.
