Norwegian is a terrible airline for families with young children. They do not deliver your stroller to the gate for a connecting flight, so you have to go all the way down to baggage claim and then through security and passport control again. If you have a baby and carry-ons, you know this is next to impossible. We missed our connection because we were still waiting for our stroller at baggage after our cross-Atlantic flight had already started boarding. To make a long story short, when we finally arrived a day later at our final destination, it turned out that Norwegian had lost our checked bag, stroller, and car seat. I had to take a taxi without a car seat because there was no other option to get to our hotel after midnight. Airlines should not be forcing passengers to transport two-year-olds without car seats. It took an entire week and endless phone calls (many to non-working or un-manned numbers) to get our stuff back. When somebody finally delivered it, it was left in the lobby of our hotel where anyone could have walked off with it. I have yet to be compensated for the car seat rental, toiletries, etc. that I claimed for. Oh and they will not even give you water on a 9-hour flight unless you pay $3. Really? Your going to nickle and dime me on water when I paid over $400 for a one-way ticket and $62 to check a bag that you then lose? Hands down the worst airline I've ever taken.
