I have flown with many airlines by far this is the worst airline I have dealt with. We booked a flight to Lebanon on a promotion that Royal Jordanian was having. We got the tickets at a reasonable price, but I guess we should have known there was a reason for the lower pricing, its because the quality of the airlines and their customer services is below satisfactory. We had issues with our flight on the way to Lebanon. We contacted the staff in AMM as well and ORD and BEY, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I still have 2 emails to this day that have not be responded to at all even though their automated responses guarantee a response "within 3 business days," its been 8 business days for one email and 11 for the other. On the flight home the staff reserved 5 rows of chairs so they could take shifts napping during the flight. When I asked the flight attendant to throw something away for me, as I was holding my baby in my arms, she simply pointed to the garbage chute in the back of the plane. The only options for food was chicken or fish. My sister ordered veggie and was given her request. They only snacks they had were peanuts. Wouldn't fly Jordanian even if the ticket was $0
