Malaysia Airlines review by Steve 2016-09-16

I flew with Malaysia airlines on flight MH002 on 27th March 2016 For various reasons the flight terminated at Manchester instead of Heathrow where we were kept on the plane for 5 hours before disembarking without instructions about what to do next. Because of the additional expense and inconvenience I was offered a free flight in compensation. Great idea! However, it is proving impossible to book this flight a s no one wants to help me. I have so far spoken to 5 different people who have been at best evasive and at worst down right rude and obstructive. So, phone calls and e-mails are getting me nowhere. What to do?
