Air Canada Fligh Attendants flight on July 23 London/UK to Vancouver/Canada were rather busy talking to themselves loudly about private issues while serving meals. One Flight Attendant(Theresa) dropped at least twice food on the floor and served it to passengers, stating:"Oh well, it's wrapped so no big deal." Food was rather mediocre compared to other airlines. The seats in Economy are oddly shaped, tilting head and neck forward- very uncomfortable.
