Air Canada review by Rosemary 2016-08-29

I found air canada to be abrupt verging on being rude We booked and paid for extra leg room as my husband need extra room as he has bad hip problems on bording the flight we were if we would move as a woman and her baby needed our seats but we said no as the alternative seats were not with extra room The sar flight attended was annoyed that we wouldnt move and made it known all through the flight We also had a problem with air canada ground staff at Vancouver when they sent us to the wrong check in and again they rude and tried to blame us for our delay Out of preference I would not use them.. Very sour faced young ladies need a lesson in customer service
