light of recent news about a man that was removed from a plane. I am reminded and very upset about the experience I had with Delta airlines July 2011. I have correspondence from delta, but was never contacted in person from Delta with an apology or restitution for what myself and my daughter suffered. The pilot turned the plane around and called police without finding out the reason for doing so. After the police found out why we were removed, he agreed that I was right and contacted the Delta manager who got us a later flight. Our trip was not the same and I could not enjoy it. Now I feel all the emotions and anxiety that I felt at that time. As a African American woman I felt dehumanised.
