Norwegian review by Will 2016-12-18

Never use this company. If your flight is cancelled, they will completely screw you over. I was due to fly to Salzburg from London on the 17th of December but, after hours of delays, the flight was cancelled. The only alternative Norwegian offered was another flight on the 24th of December - a day after I was due to fly BACK from Salzburg! I asked if they could re-route me to another airport in Austria or southern Germany, northern Italy, etc (you know, like a normal airline) - they said no, we can only re-route you to another flight to the same airport, and there won't be one for another 7 days. So I just cancelled the trip. Even ryanair was able to put me on a plane to an alternative airport after my flight was cancelled. Norwegian save money by pressuring you to just take the refund for your flight. Absolutely disgraceful. P. S. no one escorted us out of the departure lounge and no one was there to explain anything to us at the check-in desk. This company is scarcely fulfilling its legal obligations on cancelled flights.
