Brussels Airlines review by maxim 2014-05-02

Flown twice on this horrific airline this past week, once from tel aviv to Brussels, and then from Brussels to Washington. first flight with a321 and then a330. the first flight was horrible without any entertainment, food and really bad seats, we discounted in on account of a flight inside Europe. little did i know that the second flight was ten time worse. the seats were horrific for the long 9 hour flight, the staff was ready to throw me overboard , i had to go to the back of the plane for a drink even if they were walking past me. The food was not kept well, not even refrigerated. my wife is still having food poisoning which I think is from the plane, and she threw up during the flight, for which the horrible stewardess didn't even apologize or make any attempt to make it up for us we gate checked a baby stroller which every time before and also after this flight we got right after stepping off the plane, however because they had to kick us out of the plane area right away , we had to wait for over an hour for a gate checked stroller do yourself a favor and stay away from this airline, there are way better companies out there for the same price.
