I used to be a loyal SQ frequent flyer. But not anymore. SQ really need to improve their service. Seriously, once in a while I take coach, and the service are terrible!!! First, a smile wouldn't hurt. If all of you somehow managed to hurt ur jaw and can't smile, at least do not look annoyed. I frequent travel in First or Business so-so service, somehow they managed to smile in these part of the plane. Travel with a child? Strongly suggest another airline. This one is not child friendly at all... Once I travel in coach with a broken seat (slightly reclined, around 2 cm). One of the crew asked me to change seat during take off and landing, ok no problem, for safety reason, Got that. BUT with attitude. She said to me, "MAM, you can't seat here, you need to move with ur baby." She moved me to business class and right after take off she said "Mam, u need to move back now, this is business class area". Seriously?!? Now I fly any other airlines, Garuda, Emirates, ANA, Korean Air, top notch service, good food as well. So SQ, hospitality 101 for your crew is urgently needed!!!
