My Family of 4 tried to fly United Airlines on May 29 2015 From Oklahoma city to Cozumel Mexico thru Houston flight was canceled was told to rent a car at my expense ($200) and drive 3 hours to Dallas Texas after doing so was still unable to fly on May 29 because the manager at OKC messed our tickets up, no I'm sorry or refund of any kind. This was the 3 time that United Airlines has failed to provided the service that we payed for will not fly UNITED AIRLINES again
