Business Class
Left the day before Christmas Eve. Have had positive experiences fluting with them before. However, what a bunch of liars they are. My flight was supposed to leave at 10:15 am confirmed by both the terminal and the pilot. It's not 11:30 am and we're supposed to leave by 12:00pm. Announcing every 15 mins that we're soon to depart doesn't help. I will NEVER fly jet blue again. American Airlines at least won't BS you on my b holidays. 0 stars.
