I am from Australia so very use to " Budget Airlines " but this airline is anything but budget, ridiculous prices and the value for money is TERRIBLE !! I flew 3 flights in a month with this airline, pre booked by my travel agent, every time there was massive flight delays. Staff - RUDE. You pay for EVERYTHING on these flights, 6 hour flight which was delayed and we payed $6 for a movie - Ridiculous !!! Soon they will be charging to use the toilet and for water. Please DONT fly this airline, they should be out of business !!
