A 10 hour flight and offered just a drink. Cookies were not enough for all the passangers so I didn't get one. My food tray removed 45 mins later. Bad customer service most flight attendants with a bad attitude. The worst of all: a BIG dog was next to me and it was leaking my foot. My baby grandson was with me and I was afraid of this dog, because it is an animal and anything can happen. What about if my baby is allergic to pet hair? The worst experience ever. There are better airlines in third world countries. Next trip I will travel in a different airline. Copy a Japanese airline and you will be great!!
