Flew from Belgrade to Athens and back. Paid 70 euros in Belgrade for baggage. On the way back was told this is only payment for 1 way. OK, paid another 70 euros in cash for return to Belgrade. Came home to discover they charged my credit card twice for 70 euros each time for baggage. Trying to call them but can't get through on any of the numbers listed for customer service. Placed on hold upon answering and left to wait for 15 minutes at the time.
