Southwest Airlines review by Jeffrey 2017-01-24

Ok, been flying multiple airlines and I ALWAYS check Southwest Airlines first. East of boarding, changing tickets, and use of refundable points/dollars when I reschedule has been phenomenal. I sometimes have to fly other airlines, especially if Southwest does not offer a direct flight there but I usually have to medicate when I do. I have never met friendlier staff either. I wish they flew intercontinental.
