We just finished our vacation traveling from London, Paris, Barcelona and Madrid. My wife's bag was checked in at Madrid. When we got to Toronto, it was already missing. We were redirected to LA then to our home town because the flight from Madrid was delayed to begin with. When I inquired about my bag through the 1-800 number the service representative was useless. The online chat service does not work. I'm still struggling to locate my wife's luggage because it contains all the items were purchased on our trip. Based on my experience thus far, it appears that Air Canada or its employees do not care about my predicament.
