Singapore Airlines review by Kriss 2015-08-10

I always had a great experience flying with Singapore airlines but even more so after they helped to handle a lost luggage with Vueling. I took 3 trips to BArcelona airport over 4 days, many futile calls to their Vueling hotline and emails correspondence with no response and yet was unable to resolve my lost luggage issue. I had to fly back to my home country via Singapore airline today, when I recounted my terrible experience with the SIA crew on board. They suggested I contact the station manager in Barcelona for help. To my pleasant surprise, the manager readily agreed to help and are in the process of not only not only liaising with Vueling but also to transport the luggage back to me. The service level is outstanding and beyond one's expectations. There is no question that I will fly Singapore airlines wherever possible!
