We will not be using Air China again, after one flight where there was no air conditioning and the stewardess "so what" when asked if it could be fixed to a 7 hour wait on the tarmac with no refreshment or news I will not be booking with them again. Cabin crew were miserable and uncaring, my partner informed on member of the crew that a toilet had run out of paper and was told "use the other one". Great service there! All I will say to people is they are cheap for a reason. Don't make the same mistake we did!
