Bad customer service!! i flew from Tlv to Milan couple of weeks ago, in Ben Gurion airport none charged me for my 6.5 Kg small size bag:) on the way back the airline charged me for 88 euro for the same baggage saying i should have been charged in Israel as well. On the plane there were bags double the size of mine of course it didn't fit the cabin so the stewardess airplane asked them to put it in front of plane (why wasn't i offered the same???) Calling Easyjet customer service was a completely joke since they gave me incorrect information, and lots of English mistakes making their replies an absurd. yes cheap flights, but after overcharging same price as ELAL
